Janine Hernandez’s Gown Collection + New WOWBatangas Models = A Fabulous Photo Shoot

The WOWBatangas Team had its grandest photo shoot so far. It wasn’t just because of the gorgeous models, the even more gorgeous wardrobe, and the glamorous hair and makeup they all had. What do you think made this photo a special one?
Saturday, November 7, 2009, WOWBatangas Team set the photo shoot for Janine Hernandez, Batangas’ finest fashion designer, and his gown collection. The location for this shoot was Galilee Place in Mataasnakahoy, Batangas where beauty and glamour had spread for that day.
The models for the shoot were Christine, Mary Ann, Aica, and Alyssa. These four astounding beauties are talents and discoveries of Lipa’s known handler of models and pageant titlists, Jun Magana. These four ladies were even beautified with their hair and makeup done by Georgia Reyes.
The makeup session started at around 9am. The models took turns in being under the spell of Georgia’s artistic cosmetic skills. Hands down to Georgia, he really knows how to transform the look of a model with the strokes of his brushes and the cosmetics that seemed to glisten with magic – he’s like every girl’s fairy godmother.
First model was Mary Ann, followed by Aica, then Alyssa, and lastly, Christine. Wearing Janine’s creations, the models were undeniably lovely and charming. Each of them modelled four gowns and dresses from Janine’s collection.
Mary Ann, the regal chinita, generously posed for the camera; extending her long and slim extremities to give justice to the brilliant features of Janine’s creations that she wore.
Aica, on the other hand, exudes with underrated appeal. Standing like a queen, her beauty matched the lovely gowns of Janine.
Great things indeed come in small packages. This petite charmer, Alyssa, looked like a fashion doll with the way Janine’s frocks clad her figure.
Christine is definitely one model to watch out for. She liberally created high-end poses and jovially transformed into different personalities with the movements she showed off.

So what made this photo shoot special? The friendships fabricated among the people involved in making this shoot possible. We found new friends in Janine, his partner Frank (the reflector guy), Georgia and Max, and the fabulous models. Of course, our friendship with Sir Jun has always been there and Gerlie and I were just so happy to have his company around.
We are extending our gratitude to Jay and Janet Ilagan, owners of Galilee Place, for welcoming us and providing us with such warm accommodation.
